Haunted Hospital by Team Kender (that's us!)

This is off of a paved walkway that leads to Mountain Lake Park. It is wheelchair accessable from the abandoned Public Health Service Hospital Parking Lot.

This is an Altoids tin-sized cache. BRING A BALLPOINT PEN OR A PENCIL to sign the guestbook. We started nosing around the area where this abandoned hospital lays dormant a couple of years ago. Each time we snoop into the area we get creeped out by it. There's always some sort of spooky noise or weird feeling coming from the Hospital itself. It seems like the building stares down at you with moody distain.

One night last summer we actually ran from the place in fear because of the terrifying and bizarre sounds coming at us from behind the building. Just last week while doing research on that hospital I found out there is a Marines Cemetery behind the building that had been covered with landfill and tennis courts built on top of it. Most of the bodies were never moved. No wonder it's so spooky there.
